A lot of gyms in Singapore prioritise creating positive vibes for their members. For them, it’s about maximising the experience and the endorphins rush. It’s a lot of rah rah workouts and pushing yourself as hard as you can.
Sure, these workouts look great on Instagram but that’s but what we are about.
Creating meaningful change through exercise.
Pom Pi Pi helps beginners and sedentary Singaporeans get started with exercise. At 0ur chiropractic clinic, we see lots of sedentary clients who wants to get started with exercise but don’t know where to start.
There is no gym in Singapore that is truly targeted at beginners. We want to change that.
We believe you have your own reasons for wanting to exercise. It could be to get stronger, it could be to learn lifting techniques, it could be to have a community to belong to, it could be to keep your stress in check.
We want to support you in creating these meaningful change.
What can I expect from you?
One of the things that set us apart from other gyms is that we offer personalised training.
All of our members would go through a consultation with one of our trainers, a state-of-the-art Kinvent analysis, as well as body composition analysis before they start training with us. With all of this information, we will write a bespoke exercise programme that is catered to your own goals.
We also offer technique classes for olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and kettlebell sport.

Our gym is led by sports chiropractor Jesse Cai. Prior to moving to Singapore, Jesse worked with professional sports teams from state leagues to world championships. His unique expertise in both pain management and high performance sports allow us to create a programme that is truly optimised for beginners.
Pom Pi Pi Fitness is also co-founded by Jesse’s ex-client Yee Yang. As an office worker in tech, Yee Yang has firsthand experience of what it means to be a desk jockey.
