Pain Schooled! #4: Walter Tay

Our next edition of Pain Schooled! is on 20 June 2019 at 13A Bukit Pasoh Road (Square One Active Recovery). It will feature millennial hawker Walter Tay (Walter Tay’s Instagram).

Walter Tay left his corporate job four years ago to open a carrot cake stall with his father at Bukit Panjang. As a carrot cake hawker, he is sometimes required to work over 12 hours a day. Despite the physical intensity of his work, he still finds time to work out 6 days a week.

How does he manage it all? Sign up for the workshop to find out!

The session will also cover:

  • Introduction to Square One
  • What is Pain?
  • Peer-learning: open case discussion, patient demo, and/or movement exploration
